Casa de Las Flores is a recently remodeled and expanded bungalow that offers an additional level and a large covered balcony with ocean views.


The entry level offers one semi-private sleeping area (the interior walls don't extend all the way to the ceiling) with a king bed, a full kitchen and dining area, bathroom and the living room that opens onto the large balcony. The external staircase winds down to the lower level which offers a bedroom with two queen beds, bathroom, and a wet-bar area. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, and observing wildlife.


The floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors shower the upper level of Casa de Las Flores in rich sunlight and keep the lush tropical outdoors always in view.

Casa de Las Flores guests have access to the three resort pools.

Julien Buralli was born and raised in the south of France. After graduating from school, he moved to Costa Rica after reading that it was a land of opportunity. He arrived in Manuel Antonio/Quepos seven years ago and found that opportunity; he bought land, built a home, married a Tica and now has a family!


Julien is fluent in Spanish and English in addition to his native French.
