Casa Mirador

The new, exquisitely finished, three level Casa Mirador has some of the
best views in Tulemar. It is designed to provide a comfortable environment
with the conveniences of modern living while enabling you to experience
living in one of the finest rain forest sites in the Americas.
The upper levels form a spacious (2,200 sq ft) two-bedroom
bungalow. The second floor has two bedrooms suites, one with a king bed and
the other with two double beds. There is an outdoor jacuzzi tub on the
shared deck between the two suites. The third floor is the "social area",
consisting of living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath and deck areas.
The lower level is a large, (800 sq ft), private, one bedroom suite with
deck. There is a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed in the living room. The
bedroom contains a king sized bed.
You can rent the house as a whole (with three bedrooms) or separately (the lower suite or the upper two levels).
Awaken to the songs and sounds of a wide variety of tropical fauna, including parrots, toucans and howler monkeys. These and a multitude of others are easily seen from Mirador's rooms and decks. |
Concierges Diego Morales is a Costa Rican native, born and raised in the Quepos area. His family is large, entrepreneurial and very well respected in the community. Diego worked in Tulemar for 4 years before forming his own management company 6 years ago. He now manages several of the villas in Tulemar and handles the concierge duties as well. Diego is married and has two young children. He's an avid surfer and would love to teach you!
 Vanessa Gonzalez is a native Costa Rican with over 15 years of experience in the local tourism sector.
As a working mother of two, she knows how important your vacation is and has access to all the contacts and resources she needs to help make your stay easy and
enjoyable.

You seriously cannot go wrong staying at Tulemar!!! The beach is great with kayaks, snorkeling, boogie boards, waves, and towel service. You can get drinks/food on the beach (but it is a bit pricey)... highly recommend the passion fruit margarita! The sunsets are beautiful! We stayed in the lower level of Casa Mirador. It was everything we hoped for! The views are incredible... it's called Mirador for a reason! The accomodations are perfect for 2 people- comfy bed, nice kitchen/bath, great deck! Diego and Chris are very nice and helpful... they really want you to enjoy your time there... which is very easy to do! We saw so many birds while eating breakfast on our deck. We also spotted a few sloths. There are plenty of monkeys... especially squirrel monkeys which are so fun to watch! Plenty of dining option nearby (Cafe Milagro is perfect for breakfast and lunch) and close to the national park. Highly, highly recommend staying here!!!
