Casa Las Nubes is a stunning, new, luxury villa nestled in the jungle hillside. Designed by an award-winning architect, the sweeping curve design of the villa drinks in the lush jungle environment and expansive ocean views, which can be enjoyed from private terraces on each of the three levels.

 

The large windows and open air design help to achieve a strong relationship between the natural surroundings and interior spaces. A pool feature extends throughout the main level, so you are literally "walking on water" as you enter the home. The jungle is invited inside with the greenery and tropical flower planters spanning the terraces. Wildlife abounds...neighboring howler, white face and squirrel monkeys, birds, iguanas, sloths, butterflies and other exotic wildlife visit often.

 

Casa Las Nubes has 4,500 luxurious square feet, including three bedrooms and three 1/2 bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen has been well appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range.

Concierge


Diego Morales is a Costa Rican native, born and raised in the Quepos area.

His entrepreneurial family is large and very well respected in the community. Diego worked in Tulemar for 4 years before forming his own management company 3 years ago. He now manages several of the villas in Tulemar and handles the concierge duties as well. Diego is married and has two young children. He's an avid surfer and would love to teach you!

Casa Las Nubes Rates & Policies
  • • Rates are in US Dollars and do not include 13% sales tax and 3% resort fee.
  • • For safety reasons - children under 10 may not be allowed
  • • Casa Las Nubes has a minimum 7-night stay, and requires a Saturday arrival and departure day.
  • • Payment Terms: 50% due at time of booking with remainder to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
  • • Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM
  • • Security deposit via credit card required upon check in.
