Nido de Gansos means "nest of geese" in Spanish. "Gans" is the last name of the owners of Tulemar's newest vacation rental villa, so figuratively Nido de Gansos means "the Gans home".

The Gans Family live in the Netherlands (Holland) and have owned a smaller vacation villa here in Tulemar for many years. They love Tulemar and Manuel Antonio so much, they purchased a lot and built this new, larger villa for their use several weeks each year. After retirement, they hope to spend more time in Costa Rica, but in the meantime, they are happy to offer their villa for weekly rentals.

The exterior of the villa is a tropical modern design with a European influence. The furnishings are from Italy, with a modern flair and the villa is decorated with the Gan's Family collection of indigenous Latin American art.

Nido de Gansos has a very unique design covering three levels. The bottom floor contains the laundry, storage and work space for the house cleaners; it is not accessible from the main house giving you complete privacy (but also use of the washer/dryer).

Entering thru the massive front door, you have the option of going down to the sleeping level or up to the social level.

The sleeping level contains three suites, each with their own bath, balcony, air-conditioning and king size bed. Each suite opens into the media room, perfect for watching TV or the latest DVD movie, reading or catching a nap.

The social level on the third floor contains the living room, dining room, kitchen and large terrace with the infinity edged swimming pool! There is a small flight of stairs inside that leads up to a small den with another seating area and a sofa (sofa bed), which can also sleep 1-2 children.

The villa is surrounded by dense jungle to the North and has ocean and mountain views to the West. It is located next door and above Garden House by the Beach. These two homes work well together for larger groups.
