Tulemar is the premier resort development in Manuel Antonio. It is the only gated and secure, 33 acre resort with privately owned bungalows, casas and villas and it's own beach. There are nature and hiking trails leading thru the jungle areas complete with plaques describing trees and vegetation. You will see as much wildlife in Tulemar as you do at the national park including all three types of monkeys, sloths, exotic birds, insects and other wildlife.

Tulemar is located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, within walking distance to the best restaurants and fun bars. The national park is just minutes down the street to the south and Quepos and the new marina just minutes to our north.

Our beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling and has free lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, boogie boards and towels for all guests to use. Tulemar's beach is proud to have just received the prestigious "Blue Flag" award (Programa Bandera Azul Ecologica) signifying pristine water and beach area, and environmentally / ecologically protective practices. You can walk 5 minutes down the hill to the beach and either walk back up or take the resort shuttle.

Tulemar's shuttle vans run throughout the resort, from the beach to the entrance along the main road of Manuel Antonio. The shuttle van service is free to Tulemar guests.

Food and Beverage service is available daily at the Tulemar Beach. Sit with your feet in the sand and enjoy breakfast lunch, snacks or your favorite beverage. Just sign the check to your villa. You may also want to enjoy the services of a private chef for a special meal.
