Included in your weekly rate are the services of a professional chef who can prepare all meals or only meals you select at the times you designate. The main suite level includes the fabulous Grand Master Suite, with full bath, private deck, living area and a small yoga/meditation room looking out into the jungle. The two Master Suites also have private decks as well as full baths that open out with ocean views. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV, air conditioning, wireless Internet and a closet with a safe.

Capturing the essence of Balinese living, the next level (the ground entry level) features a large living room and dining room, gourmet kitchen, a large full bathroom and an entertainment room equipped with a 42" plasma TV and DVD player, plus a stereo. Villa Perezoso strives to provide guests with the ultimate in service, allowing our guests to totally relax, unwind and be pampered. Living on-site and available to our guests around the clock, Victor Porras is a Costa Rican native who has spent his career over the past 15 years in Manuel Antonio working in the hotel business. Fluent in English (with some knowledge of French and Italian), Victor's dedication to detail and to our guests' experiencing a first class vacation is apparent from the minute he greets you upon your arrival.

Victor, having been involved with overseeing the construction of the Villa, knows the intimate details of the inner–workings of the property and takes great pride in Villa Perezoso. His enthusiasm, generosity and desire to please is much welcomed and appreciated by our guests and is the reason for their desire to return to Villa Perezoso.

Private Chef

Originally from Manuel Antonio, Chef Over Arroyo has worked as a chef for the past ten years and has trained in Valencia, Spain. He takes great pride in offering his guests delicious menus utilizing the abundant fruits, vegetables and fish from the local area. Upon your arrival, he will sit down with you and discuss your menu desires for the week.

Distinguished from other rental villas, we are proud to offer, as part of our services, Villa Perezoso's own full time chef, Over Arroyo. We believe in the importance of consistency, excellent cuisine and service. We trust that you won't be disappointed.

	• Rates are in US Dollars and do not include 13% sales tax. • Villa Perezoso has a minimum 5-night stay and offers a flexible arrival and departure day. • Payment Terms: 50% due at time of booking with remainder to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. • Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM • $800 cash security deposit required upon check in. • For safety reasons, children under 8 are not advised. Please ask first.

This villa and staff is truly a 5 star experience! The villa manager handles every request to the finest detail, from pre-trip requests to every request we had while at the villa was done in ways that exceeded all our expectations. Excursions, beach activities (including arranging beach service with chairs, umbrellas and food service), dinner reservations, spa treatments, special arrangements for a birthday celebration and wedding anniversary, transportation from airport transfers to every location we wanted to go was arranged. The private chef is truly 5 star! Fantastic cuisine prepared to perfection, with special dietary needs fulfilled. Served impeccably and the times we requested. Wow! The Balinese decor with the modern architecture is stunning! The views of nature and ocean are inspiring! This is everything a 5 star traveler would want and desire. A 5 star villa and staff in one of the most beautiful places in the world to visit. We are seasoned 5 star travelers, this villa was superb!

From the time we pulled up till the time we departed Villa Perezoso, it did not disappoint. The staff is welcoming and personable. The accomodations are beautifully and well appointed. The meals were divine. There is no other place I would rather be in Costa Rica. We had orignally planned to stay at the Four Seasons which would have been triple the cost. That would have been a waste and do not think we would have been treated half as well as at Villa Perezoso. I will definitely return to Costa Rica and you can bet your "colonies" I will be booking the Villa Perezoso
